The installer MCS Process

Turn Key solution

We provide different levels of service depending on your knowledge and experience.

We want to encourage the growth of Renewable business in Wales, therefore we insist the products are purchase through your chosen Merchant based in Wales.

 

We work closely with manufacturers such as Daikin, LG, Samsung, Hisense, Vaillant and Viessmann.

If you would like to use your own preferred Merchant, please let us know and we will set them up on our system.

Your installation would normally follow this process:

 

  • Upload your enquiry through our online form.

  • We provide an estimated cost of the equipment

  • Carry out full room-by-room heat loss calculations.

  • Provide full specification of the project

  • Produce various paper work including homeowner contracts

  • We apply for the BUS grant if required

  • You complete your Heat Pump installation.

  •  We complete the commissioning, and provide all documentation for MCS and handover.

  • The Boiler upgrade scheme voucher is redeemed and sent to either the installer or the Homeowner directly.
